My English Poetries

I have composed only two poems in English so far. Please browse them from the following list.

The Sun

I saw the sun, rising
Just like a noble person wake up in the morning
"Who follows whom", is not the matter
But the secret of success is hidden there some where
The sun induces us to improve our mode of life
We can get him as a guide
He invites us to serch the straight way
And says, "have a good day".

I saw the sun, just up above my head
Scorched people were seeking shelter of shade
Blaze and flash of his dignity was so high
He was dazzling my eye
He works hard to achieve his rank and light
And challenges us to surpass in hight
We should become as important and glorious
As he is for us.

I saw the sun, setting in the west
Perhaps, he had tired, doing his best
Dejection, fadeness and grief were scattered on his face
Like a traveller reaches his intended place
Although no one attend him, he apprises them all
Of "everyone is going to taste death, decay and fall"
He thinks,"God-willing" he will come again with lusture and light
And became out of sight, saying, "good night".

A body, that rises and falls
Glitters and slakens, gets and loses
Repeates his practice over and over
Can be a subordinate, not a ruler
We should take a lesson from him
It is improper to worship him
But a number of people have gone astray
O, Allah! guide them to the straight way.
